bestill-therapy

I am an Assyrian, Armenian, and Iranian refugee who left Iran in search of better opportunities. While traveling to different countries, I met people from all backgrounds and listened to their stories. Witnessing their pain and sorrow inspired me to develop a passion for understanding and connecting with people on a deeper level. Over time, this passion grew into a desire to assist people in their mental health healing process.

I use an integrative approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit to support my clients’ well-being. My practice incorporates various modalities, including CBT-cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamics, Attachment-Based approach, Faith-Based approach, and other methods to help my clients. I have over 11 years of experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds and populations of all ages, including adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors; I have experience working in detox/residential/outpatient facilities and underserved communities.

I have worked in various settings, including private sector, community mental health centers, and non-profit organizations. My professional experience, combined with my own personal growth, allows me to connect with my patients and help them strengthen their relationships, find clarity in their professional goals, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have always been passionate about helping people navigate their relationships and find happiness in their lives. It brings me great joy to be able to support individuals and families as they work through their challenges and grow stronger together. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to empower my clients to make positive changes and achieve their personal and relationship goals. I am dedicated to continued learning and professional development to ensure that I am providing the best possible care to my clients.

I offer Teletherapy sessions, and once we get to know each other, we can discuss which interventions would be most beneficial for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I am eager to join you in your healing journey as you work towards visualizing and manifesting a life filled with joy and purpose.

In addition, I speak Farsi, Assyrian, and English.
